Host Intro: Boulder is fortunate to be a town that has a rich scientific culture, and our listeners range from scientific professionals, to students, to fans and just those who like to stay informed about science and technology.  But why is science reporting important, why have a special subset of journalism devoted to science, and how is it different from other kinds of journalism?  One person who can speak from experience is Jon Stewart, the host of the BBC's program "Science in Action".  I recently had the opportunity to talk with Jon in what you might call a "meta" dialogue: a science interview of a science interviewer about doing science interviews.
